TUTORIAL: This is a 'Tutorial' class. It is designed to educate participants on the techniques predominantly used in the class. It is suitable for beginners (and regulars) to learn the basics and participate safely.
VIRTUAL CLASS: This is a 'Virtual' class. Virtual Classes are held in front of a large display screen within the Aquadome facility (an instructor is not physically present).

Small Group Training - Max capacity 8 people

A high intensity class aimed at increasing your total body strength, stamina and test your cardiovascular levels.  

Class format – main strength exercise followed by a dynamic body weight exercise and top it off with a short bout of cardio then repeat. Each round you will be given different exercises to give you a full body workout!

Suitable for all fitness levels.

Bookings are NOT required for Group Fitness classes. Please arrive 10 minutes before scheduled start time and bring a water bottle and towel.
PRAM-FRIENDLY CLASSES: All classes scheduled to commence at 7:00am, 11:30am or 4:30pm are 'Pram-Friendly' classes. Pram-friendly sessions allow parents with children in prams to attend and complete a workout. Please note children must be in a pram throughout the entire duration of the class. Classes outside of these times are not pram-friendly.
