TUTORIAL: This is a 'Tutorial' class. It is designed to educate participants on the techniques predominantly used in the class. It is suitable for beginners (and regulars) to learn the basics and participate safely.
VIRTUAL CLASS: This is a 'Virtual' class. Virtual Classes are held in front of a large display screen within the Aquadome facility (an instructor is not physically present).

RPM is a fun, low impact cycling workout where you control the intensity. You’re taken on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

An RPM workout is a great way to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

Bookings are NOT required for Group Fitness classes. Please arrive 10 minutes before scheduled start time and bring a water bottle and towel.
PRAM-FRIENDLY CLASSES: All classes scheduled to commence at 7:00am, 11:30am or 4:30pm are 'Pram-Friendly' classes. Pram-friendly sessions allow parents with children in prams to attend and complete a workout. Please note children must be in a pram throughout the entire duration of the class. Classes outside of these times are not pram-friendly.
