TUTORIAL: This is a 'Tutorial' class. It is designed to educate participants on the techniques predominantly used in the class. It is suitable for beginners (and regulars) to learn the basics and participate safely.
VIRTUAL CLASS: This is a 'Virtual' class. Virtual Classes are held in front of a large display screen within the Aquadome facility (an instructor is not physically present).

Is a high-energy workout that will challenge and move you. Each class includes 10 stand-alone tracks, with each introducing new choreography. The workout is anchored in 3 cardio peaks, a warm-up, and a cool-down.
With a focus on movement and technique, LES MILLS DANCE is simple to master and a great option for those who want to improve their dance skills while getting fit or for anyone who loves to dance.

Bookings are NOT required for Group Fitness classes. Please arrive 10 minutes before scheduled start time and bring a water bottle and towel.
PRAM-FRIENDLY CLASSES: All classes scheduled to commence at 7:00am, 11:30am or 4:30pm are 'Pram-Friendly' classes. Pram-friendly sessions allow parents with children in prams to attend and complete a workout. Please note children must be in a pram throughout the entire duration of the class. Classes outside of these times are not pram-friendly.
