TUTORIAL: This is a 'Tutorial' class. It is designed to educate participants on the techniques predominantly used in the class. It is suitable for beginners (and regulars) to learn the basics and participate safely.
VIRTUAL CLASS: This is a 'Virtual' class. Virtual Classes are held in front of a large display screen within the Aquadome facility (an instructor is not physically present).

In partnership with COTA Victoria, Living Longer Living Stronger is a strength, balance and cardiovascular program for older adults. Book in for an initial consultation with a gym instructor to discuss any pre existing health conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to participate in certain exercise.

From there a suitable gym floor program will be created and shown through with the instructor. Although this program is not a class, it is a great opportunity to train at the same time with likeminded people increasing social interaction and community connection.

This 10:30-11:30am timeslot is manned by a gym instructor so assistance can be provided and any queries answered.

Note: If a participant decides against an initial consultation with a trainer, they must complete a Pre-Exercise Screening form at reception upon arrival each time they come in before entering the gym.

Bookings are NOT required for Group Fitness classes. Please arrive 10 minutes before scheduled start time and bring a water bottle and towel.
PRAM-FRIENDLY CLASSES: All classes scheduled to commence at 7:00am, 11:30am or 4:30pm are 'Pram-Friendly' classes. Pram-friendly sessions allow parents with children in prams to attend and complete a workout. Please note children must be in a pram throughout the entire duration of the class. Classes outside of these times are not pram-friendly.
