TUTORIAL: This is a 'Tutorial' class. It is designed to educate participants on the techniques predominantly used in the class. It is suitable for beginners (and regulars) to learn the basics and participate safely.
VIRTUAL CLASS: This is a 'Virtual' class. Virtual Classes are held in front of a large display screen within the Aquadome facility (an instructor is not physically present).

Core is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance.

Using resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as incorporating in bodyweight exercises, you’ll build strength, stability and endurance in your core muscles, helping to improve balance and assist in injury prevention. Plus, there are some hip, glute and lower back exercises too.

Bookings are NOT required for Group Fitness classes. Please arrive 10 minutes before scheduled start time and bring a water bottle and towel.
PRAM-FRIENDLY CLASSES: All classes scheduled to commence at 7:00am, 11:30am or 4:30pm are 'Pram-Friendly' classes. Pram-friendly sessions allow parents with children in prams to attend and complete a workout. Please note children must be in a pram throughout the entire duration of the class. Classes outside of these times are not pram-friendly.
