TUTORIAL: This is a 'Tutorial' class. It is designed to educate participants on the techniques predominantly used in the class. It is suitable for beginners (and regulars) to learn the basics and participate safely.
VIRTUAL CLASS: This is a 'Virtual' class. Virtual Classes are held in front of a large display screen within the Aquadome facility (an instructor is not physically present).

Thursday Class: Beginner to Intermediate Level

Work your core from the floor. This class is performed on the mat and uses bodyweight, resistance bands, exercise balls and sliders to help tone and strengthen.

Exercise options will be tailored to ability and strength, with an emphasis on abdominal work, balance, posture and alignment.

This fun and enjoyable workout is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Bookings are NOT required for Group Fitness classes. Please arrive 10 minutes before scheduled start time and bring a water bottle and towel.
PRAM-FRIENDLY CLASSES: All classes scheduled to commence at 7:00am, 11:30am or 4:30pm are 'Pram-Friendly' classes. Pram-friendly sessions allow parents with children in prams to attend and complete a workout. Please note children must be in a pram throughout the entire duration of the class. Classes outside of these times are not pram-friendly.
