👋 About Me

From a young age I had always been intereted in fitness, always wanting to improve my strength and running ability for football. This led me to complete my gym instructor and personal training course in Year 12.

I love learning anything new about physical and mental health to pass on to clients to help them feel mentally and physically stronger.
